Dear Sir,

Re : Appointment of D.M.K Multi Services Sdn. Bhd. as Franchise consultant to create,

develop and implement a franchise system for Taj Tailors.

We are pleased to submit to Taj Tailors our scope of service as franchise consultant.

The scope of service would include

1.0 The creation of the brand including the logo, the store front, the store layout,
uniforms, all collaterals and the marketing kit
2.0 Develop a franchise module for the tailoring business and the create the franchise
kit
3.0 Develop the marketing campaign
4.0 Determine and apply for all necessary statutory requirements including license and
permits
5.0 Determine the financial module and work with the various agencies to seek and
secure the required financing modules for franchises
6.0 Determine and seek out potential franchisees
7.0 Work with relevant government agencies and bodies to develop a marketable
franchise system for new entrepreneurs

Time Frame
Stage 1.0 and 2.0 2 weeks
Stage 3.0 4 weeks
Stage 4.0 3 weeks
Stage 5.0 3 weeks
Stage 6.0 3 weeks
Stage 7.0 3 weeks

All the above can work concurrently.

Fees
For the above scope our fees are RM30,000/- (Malaysian Ringgit Thirty Thousand Only)
Terms
Upon appointment an initial Deposit of RM10,000/- and Letter of award is required
Upon completion of Stage 2,0 RM10,000/-
Upon completion of Stage 7.0 RM10,000/-

Upon Award a detailed submission of the total requirements for a Franchise scheme will
be presented
