    Resignation from the services

    Dear Sir,

    Most humbly I would like to notify that I am tendering herewith my resignation from the services with ABC building Contracting, the reason being that I was not paid my salary from last three months and I am unable to continue in this situation. In view of the abovementioned you are hereby requested to provide me No Objection Certificate to work. This letter may be considered as an official one month notice as per UAE labor laws.

    This is for your information and further necessary action please.
