Handling of Deposits
Any deposits received by Holyoke Property Management LLC will serve as a deposit to establish tenancy.
As part of establishing this tenancy, both parties agree to complete a written Rental Agreement on or before the date the said tenancy shall commence. Once
the tenancy commences this deposit will become the Tenants security deposit and will be handled accordingly.
If the prospective Tenant subsequently cancels this agreement and/or fails to enter into the tenancy for any reason other than cancellation of the agreement by
the prospective Landlord, this deposit is forfeit and shall be retained by the prospective Landlord.
If the prospective Landlord subsequently cancels this agreement or refuses to enter into this tenancy, the deposit shall be returned to the prospective Tenant in
its entirety.
All units are non-smoking. Failure to observe this will result in eviction.
Lock Change
A lock change fee of $50 will be charged if you wish to have new locks installed before moving in.
