Watch How You Think, Because You Are Listening

Some people try to drown out their thoughts with noise, distractions, people, but many failures happen because of a lack of thought. We sometimes jump into rash decisions because we have not had time to really stay still and think over things. I think how we spend our mornings is are one of the most important ways of determining how the rest of our day will go. The same way breakfast is supposed to be the most important meal of the day, I believe the thoughts you think, and the knowledge you receive in the morning will set the tone for your day. 1. Take time to think, or plan your days in the morning.

2. Even if you exercise in the morning, have something like an audiobook playing in your mind. Feed yourself with the information that will help you get where you want to go in life. 3. Set yourself time in the morning. Even if it means you have to wake a bit earlier than you usually would. This time is important if you want to make the most of your day. We get all types of distractions and unexpected events happening during the day, but if you are mentally stable from the beginning, you set a foundation for the rest of your day. Even when things do not go exactly the way we planned, it is how we respond to situations that matters. It is important to have daily goals, as well as your goals on a short term weekly or monthly, and yearly basis. Deciding what you will spend your time on, and what is just a distraction, is easier when you are more thoughtful. Most people just rush out of their houses, they are not prepared for the events of the day, and have no time to themselves. Everything else takes up their time. They spend time building others, helping others to meet their goals, but never get to think about where they want to be, and how far or close they are to their own goals. The key to living more productively is being clear about what is and is not worth your attention. It is being clear about your goals, and constantly re-adjusting yourself, improving daily, to reach those goals. The more your thoughts sound like the person you want to be, the more prepared you are for the contradictions, challenges, and distractions of life.
