* This is not a complete representation of the expenses incurred by the City to maintain and manage the Samuell properties. Costs
indicated above do not include indirect costs, which are the costs associated with Citywide central services and departmental
administrative and support costs. The FY 2009 Indirect Cost rate for Park and Recreation is 32.93%.

Additionally over the five year period of 2006 through 2011, approximately $5M was approved by Dallas voters in the 2006 Bond Program
for capital improvements for Samuell properties.
