1. Following the Holy Prophet(pbuh) and its reward in the light of the Holy Quraan.

Two kinds of rewards have been mentioned in the Holy Quraan regarding the matter of following the Holy Prophet(pbuh). (i) Hubbillaah obtaining Allahs love (ii) Maghfiratullah Forgiveness of Allah Allah Almighty says in the Holy Quraan: Please declare (O Beloved Prophet): If you love Allah, you should follow me. (only then) Allah will love you and forgive you your faults. And Allah is Most Forgiving, the Merciful. (Surah Al Imran, V 31) From this we learn that the Holy Prophets(pbuh) obedience should be one of inner love, not of mere show, fear or covetousness. This type of obedience is shown by hypocrites as well. It is for this reason that this discussion is commenced with love and terminated on love. Furthermore, we also learn that our worships and faith are both based on sincerity and show and the Holy Prophets beloved things, personality, is the cornerstone of this faith. Hence whatever degree of obedience one shows to the Holy Prophet(pbuh), the same will be the type of love achieved. The giver is one but the receivers are different. The power of electricity is the same bu the strength will depend on the wattage of the electric lamp in use.

Shan Nuzool (Reason for its revelation)

Once the Holy Prophet(pbuh) enquired from the idolators the reason for their idol worshipping they replied that they worship them to show their love for Allah Almighty. This verse was revealed in response to this reply. (Khazainul Irfaan). Or, the Yahud(Jews) of Madina would say that they need not follow Holy Prophet(pbuh) as they are the sons of Allah Almighty and His Beloved. This verse was revealed on this occasion, this view is correct because Surah Ale-Imraan was revealed in Madina. From this verse one learns that it is compulsory upon everyone to obey the Holy Prophet(pbuh). In Hadith it is mentioned that if Hazrat Moosa(pbuh) were to come to life he would follow the Holy Prophet(pbuh). In addition, we learn that neither should you come to him by assuming the equality of a brother, nor try to surpass him in the garb of a father, but learn to serve him like a slave. Furthermore, we learn that the Holy Prophet(pbuh) is the greatest Beloved of Allah Almighty and his obedient slave, too, enjoys being the beloved of Allah Almighty.

9. Amama Shareef (The blessed Turban)

Muhaqiq alal Itlaaq Muhaddith Shah Abdul Haq Dehlavi(R.A) says that the Holy Prophet(pbuh)s turban was not excessively big nor too heavy that it would be a burden on his head nor was it so small that it would be tight to wear but rather it was of medium size. [Madarijun Nubuwwa Vol 1 p 787] Hazrat Amar bin Huraith(R.A) reports from his father that it was as if he was seeing the Holy Prophet(pbuh) on the pulpit (Mimbar) and that he has put on a black turban and both of its bands (Shamla) were falling on his blessed shoulders. [Sahih Muslim Vol 2 page 990]. Dear Readers, we should therefore wear a turban to follow the Sunnah of our beloved Prophet(pbuh).

Hazrat Abu Hurayra(R.A) reports that the Holy Prophet(pbuh) came out and he was wearing a yellow shirt, turban and mantle(Chadar).
