Integrating your Review Link (DrStars.com) with Demandforce will help you get more reviews on the 75 primary websites that affect a doctors public image. This guide shows you how to modify the Thank You email template that is sent after each patients appointment in Demandforce. Instead of sending every patient to Demandforce.com, Review Link sends patients to websites where you need more reviews to cover up the bad ones. Review Link is intelligent. It knows where you have bad reviews and how recent they are. It also knows where the patient will have the easiest time writing a review. It balances these two factors to deliver the highest possible boost to your online reviews. For help integrating Review Link, please call our support desk at 866-407-6020 or email concierge@reviewconcierge.com. Instructions 1. From the home screen, click Settings on the top right.

2. On the left-hand side of the screen, click on Thank You. 3. Make sure that the Thank You email is turned on. 4. Click Edit Email Template

5. Delete the text that says click here. 6. Delete the text that says [Provide Feedback].

7. Move your cursor where [Provide Feedback] previously was. (You just deleted it.) 8. Click on [Custom Tags] > [Add Custom Button]

Type Review Us in the Button Name. Type your DrStars link in the Button URL. Press Save to add this button to the email template Press Save to save the email template

Testing Please be aware that the Preview and Test Email functions will not be fully functional. They will show what the email looks like, but the DrStars link will not be clickable from Demandforce until it is sent to a real patient. The only way to test this modified email is to add yourself as a patient, schedule an appointment for yourself, and wait for a Thank You email to come within the next day.
