ACTIVITIES Look for Thesis Adviser Submit Statement of the Problem/Objective of the Study to Res1b subject teacher for evaluation Revise the objective based on suggestions Subject teacher must approve the objective of the study Submit title proposal to the subject teacher with endorsement from thesis adviser Title defended Prepare thesis outline Revised thesis manuscript based on panel suggestions Submit outline proposal to the college research coordinator (CRC) with endorsement from the thesis adviser Take note of the outline proposal schedule Outline defended Prepare research instrument (e.g. Survey Questionnaire) to be checked and signed by the thesis adviser Get a copy of validation sheet from the college

research coordinator. Attach research instrument and objective of the study to the validation sheet. Research instrument must be validated by three different experts of the field of the study. Secure approval from the thesis adviser to proceed with data gathering. Gather necessary data based on your research instrument. Submit data to statistician for data analysis. Prepare thesis manuscript. Secure certification from thesis adviser and statistician. Secure Certificate of Appearance from the unit where the research was conducted (normally certificate from baranggay) Submit two copies of the thesis manuscript to the CRC. Take note of the final defense schedule. Thesis defended. Write the report and the abstract incorporating the revision or corrections suggested by the panel. Submit revise manuscript to the panel for evaluation. Submit revise manuscript to the editor.

Secure approval from the thesis adviser, panel members and the dean. Submit two copies of the duly approved hard bound copies of the revised final report to the CRC.
