This is for information of Principal/Director of all constituent/affiliated colleges of the University that, consequent upon holding the 6 Convocation successfully of the University on 18.12.2013 at Rourkela, the Final Degree Certificate of the students of respective Colleges those have graduated in the academic year 2011-12/2012-13, is now ready for disbursement to the concerned Colleges in respect of the said students.

Therefore, the Principal/Director of all constituent/affiliated colleges are requested to depute their authorized persons along with an authorization letter for collection of the said certificates by depositing the requisite fee (per students@ ` 200/-) to the University in shape of DD drawn in favour of BPUT, Odisha payable at Rourkela during 19.12.2013 to 24.12.2013 positively, for onward disbursement of the same to the concerned students. The detailed list consisting of students/Number of Certificates in respect of Colleges may be downloaded from the link given below. This Notice may be treated as URGENT.
