If there is any suspicion of physical abuse,the first thing I would to is to ask the person if there is something that they want to report. I would follow the Policies and Procedures and I would listen that the person has to say, I wouldnt ask any question and I wouldnt judge. I would reassure the person about the safety of the information and I would inform the management in a private and confidential report.
