CONTRACT OF UNDERTAKING OF ROAD DEVELOPMENT AND REHABILITATION PROJECT KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: We, DETERMINED RESOURCE INC., a corporation duly license corporation existing, in accordance with Philippine laws, with its principal office at Madrasto Building, Bonifacio Street, Tagum City, Philippines, herein referred to as Project CONTRACTOR represented my its General Manager Mr. Orugodio Nagwalta Uttawa and ABSCONDIOR MARKETING DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION also a duly license corporation existing, in accordance with Philippine laws, with its principal office at Terra Vera Building, Rizal Street, Tagum City, Philippines, represented by its General Manager Mr. Al Ben Ecleo, herein referred to as the CONTRACTEE witnesseth: 1. That the CONTRACTOR undertakes the Engineering and Construction Works for the ROAD DEVELOPMENT AND REHABILITATION PROJECT starting in ANDAP intersection going to the SAWA Bridge linking KATUDLO and KATIIL Municipality, COMVAL Province as stated: - Andap Intersection to Sawa Bridge [(7 km. length) x (6 m. wide) x (0.20 m thickness)]; and - Reef-wrapping along Liego River by the Sawa Bridge [2 sides x (1 km length) x (6 m slope) x (0.30 m thickness);

2. That for and in consideration of this undertaking, CONTRACTEE pays CONTRACTOR the cost of said construction work project amounting to Six Million Two Hundred Thousand (6,200,000) Pesos.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands, this 14h of August 2013 at Tagum City, Davao del Norte, Philippines.
