Topic: Causes of WWII Worldwide Economic Depression: 1929 onwards Sit class down individually, and state we are continuing to learn about the Causes of WWII, and today will be on the Worldwide Economic Depression. Task 1: In pairs, research The Worldwide Economic Depression using resources provided on Weebly. Also encourage students to conduct their own research about their interests within the topic. Assign 20 minutes.

What are the main events surrounding the Great Depression? Study the many groups of people that made up the society of the time, and identify emotional viewpoints of these groups.

Task 2: Using the research gained in Task 1, get students to imagine they are someone living through the Depression. Record feelings, emotions, reactions and reflections and create Wordle. There is a weighting on the use of Literacy in responses and personalised answers. Assign 15 minutes. Allow 5 minutes for show and reflection on the class work
