PPHI SINDH a company registered under section 42 of Companies Ordinance 1984, urgently requires a Legal Advisor to represent / defend it on various legal matters which include but not limited to:. 1. Employees service matters & terminal benefits. 2. Legal advice on rules, regulations & policies framing / implementation, etc. 3. Prevent interest of the company on account of conflict of interest I procurement / property /
assets / dispute resolutions / contracts, regulatory and governance matters.

Qualification 1. LLB from HEC recognized Institute. Higher degree in Law along andExperience with working experience with large enterprise as legal advisor / consultant will be preferred. Valid registration as advocate in High Court is must. Strong written & verbal communication skills and wellversedinuseoftechnology/ITtools. 2. Minimum 10 Years plus practicing experience. Experience of SupremeCourtwillbeconsideredasanaddedadvantage. 3. Candidate must have experience of Corporate Laws, preparing Constitutional Petitions (Fundamental Rights), Libel and Defamation,Criminal,Civil,Labor,andrecoverycases.
