An Act relative to liquor licenses.


Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1 Chapter 138 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 12C the 2 following section:-3 Section 12D. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, in any city or 4 town which adopts this section, the local licensing authority shall have the right to issue a license 5 pursuant to section 12 and a license pursuant to section 15 on the same premises to be owned by 6 the same owner and to be managed in conformity with all state and local regulations.
