Tips and Reminders * P.E this week will be on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday. *When children are writing at home, please can all parents focus on correct use of uppercase and lowercase letters. Many children are still confusing these. We are focusing on this in class and support at home would be greatly appreciated. *We are beginning to count by 2s and 5s in our class. Please continue to practice this at home also. *We will change our home reading books on Mondays and Thursdays. Please can all small red or green books be returned on these days to be swapped? *A gentle reminder that we encourage and promote a healthy lifestyle within GIS. Please can parents bear this in mind when sending lunches with their children.

Important Dates 27th February International Day.

Class News We are coming to the end of our Unit of Inquiry. This unit has been really interesting since the children have such varied backgrounds and family histories. This week we have continued with presentations and sharing of artifacts. The children have done well to listen to their friends and ask questions. If your child has an artifact to share there are still a few days next week where we can do this. These items will be included as part of their assessment. Have a great weekend! Ms Danielle
