Course Requirements Students are required - to attend lectures and classes regularly - to be punctual because you will be given pop quizzes at the beginning of the class - to read all the required material for the designated class - to participate in the tutorials - to hand in their OWN work on time

Your grade will consist of the following components: Attendance and class participation (including pop quizzes): One take-home essay Final Exam 20% 30% 50%

PLEASE NOTE: Prerequisite for the written exam: At least 40% of the grade allocated for class participation and the essay (i.e. 20/50 points)

Plagiarism Policy Plagiarism will not be tolerated in any form. Any student caught plagiarising will be severely penalised.
