The school library serves also as the community library. It is connected to the Jr/Sr High school in Ware Shoals. The library has books and resources available for all age students. There are computers in which the students have access to where they can research materials and colleges as well as print assignments for their classes. The district offers after school programs to assist students in sub ects needed. These programs are held in the classroom in which students attend school.

Instructional Support Staff

There are many adminstrators who work and help out where needed within the school. There is also an ISS teacher who takes students throughout the day. She also travels when she doesn!t have students to classrooms when there is a need for a substitute teacher. The principal at the middle school portion also serves as the book person. He handles all matters related to te"tbooks.

Instructional materials

There are classroom sets of books in the classrooms that students have access to. The students also have logins to educational websites such as #verfi for #conomics. The websites can be accessed through any computer$ including the computer labs at the school. There are Science$ %%&$ and 'iology (lubs that meet within the school. These clubs also have a designated day in which students have to attend meetings at during the school day. These clubs enhance students! knowledge on a special sub ect as well as allowing students to e"cel in sub ects they love. There are )romethean 'oards in every classroom. This allows for interactive teaching. There are also three circular labs available for classes.

Students have access to )owerSchool where they can view their grades and missing assignments. This is located on the internet and students can access it anytime. This district is a very small$ low income school district. There are not any other resources available to students.
