The purpose of this lab is to familiarize you with the
structures of the external ear.
Equipment needed
Otoscopes, lab partner, video otoscope
PROCEDURE:
1. Demonstrate for your lab instructor the techniques of
otoscopy with emphasis on safety of the ears and otoscopes.
2. View the external auditory canal and tympanic membrane
with a standard otoscope.
