Team Leader Coordinate with the clinical instructor for the patient load Read endorsements of the patients to the team Give individual assignments during the nursing circle Daily Student assignment VSMMC format Supervise and monitor students on staff nursing Check the attendance and requirements to be signed by the C.I.

Medication Nurse Coordinate with the Head Nurse and Team Leader Prepare and administer medications, as ordered Follow-up all patient medications. Secure prescription for No stock medications.
