1847 is the eld oce for Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company In addi on to growth, the project focused on integra ng the new standards from the home oce to the eld loca ons including worksta ons and signage/branding elements

New features included a lunch room gathering space, so -sea ng mee ng rooms for review of clientele nances and training room designed for seminars, lectures and client recep ons

The head of the oce stressed that the oce needed to be rich in design while appearing scally conserva ve

Cyberpoint occupied the 3rd & 4th oors at the Power Point complex. In need of a collabora on space for a technology & educa on group they selected a space on the 6th oor that was already built out with enclosed rooms and some millwork. Finishes, ceiling elements, ligh ng and furniture created a innova on lab where people could meet, learn, conference or work privately.

Philly Live!; Philadelphia PA

The Philly Live! Sales oce was built while the Philly Live! site plan was being developed. Located in the Wachovia Center, it is a look-out to the construc on site. The key feature of the space was the site model (not nished at me of project comple on). Ligh ng was located for displays of other Live! projects. The wet bar allowed the space to double as a recep on site and provided a barrier between the lounge and plan review space. Other design solu ons were integra ng TVs, loca ng places for sports memorabilia and the display box for the ground-breaking shovel.

Berman Ins tute of Bioethics; Bal more MD

Berman Ins tute took over an old police sta on built in the late nineteenth century. The 3 story building, including cell blocks, was rst surveyed and entered into Revit to create a 3D model. Challenges included low ceiling heights, accessible routes, narrow masonry openings and original deteriora ng materials.
