Cyberpoint occupied the 3rd & 4th oors at the Power Point complex. In need of a collabora on space for a technology & educa on group they selected a space on the 6th oor that was already built out with enclosed rooms and some millwork. Finishes, ceiling elements, ligh ng and furniture created a innova on lab where people could meet, learn, conference or work privately.
Millennial Media worked on the 3rd oor of the Can Company and needed space for rapidly growing departments The second oor was already ou i ed with worksta ons, however needed an area for collabora on including monthly town-hall events The pouf wall enclosed the training space and then broke down into sea ng at company wide events

Berman Ins tute took over an old police sta on built in the late nineteenth century. The 3 story building, including cell blocks, was rst surveyed and entered into Revit to create a 3D model. Challenges included low ceiling heights, accessible routes, narrow masonry openings and original deteriora ng materials.
