3 days - Training of Trainers will be held the first 3 consecutive workdays of the week following most seminars.

This supplementary course is open to all participants who have attended a !" seminar or customi#ed program. $t is designed specifically for participants who need to train their colleagues on material learned at !". %o previous e&perience as a trainer is re'uired. (ll seminar participants are encouraged to apply.

Objectives
To promote the sustainability of training by)

*roviding the basic skills needed by a new instructor Teaching the principles of adult learning +eveloping practical skills in delivering effective training

Program content
*articipants who attend !" seminars often need to train others in their organi#ations on the concepts and methods they have learned. ,any seminar participants have no e&perience in designing and delivering training programs or have no formal training in instructional techni'ues.
