In France, there is no entrance examination (the "Bac", high school final exams is
enough), but next come the graduation exams which are really difficult…
In fact, only 43,8% of the 1st year undergraduates are able to move on to the
2nd year.

Not expensive: for the first year, the fees are 183 euros. Health care cost 211
euros.

No graduation ceremony in France… You just go to the administration to receive your precious diploma.
