TF Standard I investigated all tools and decided that I would use Polleverywhere.com and Padlet.com. I chose these two due to their ease of use. PollEveryWhere.com allows instant feedback from parents, staff, families and students. Padlet.com is an incredible message board that allows me to impart information including videos, pictures, and links with an extremely easy drag and drop method. Both would allow me to get in contact with others to work collaboratively. Make a Pinterest board about Educational Technology, and find at least 20 resources that Exceeds TF-II.C, Social Media relate to your subject area. TF TF-IV.B, Standard TF-VI.C I created a Pinterest board about Educational Technology and found resources on school counseling for my counseling. This assignment has literally changed my life and my educating. I am now an avid Pinterest follower. I also post and pin my own ideas. Before I plan any guidance lesson, set up assemblies, send out handouts, just about anything I check Pinterest. I am truly thankful to have this technology placed into my hands and have already shared it with others. l Gather Internet resources specific to a topic of your choice. Exceeds TF-V.C, Web Resources TF TF-VI.D Standard I compiled Internet resources using Tagul that I could use to advertise what my school counseling program offers. This has been a great tool! Now my students, staff, and their families can access resources and receive guidance with just a click of a link. This is done in an incredibly stylish and fun way! Use Similar Site Search to locate resources in specific categories, and use these results to create a collaborative slideshow using Google Drive. Exceeds TF-II.C, Google Tools and Web Resources TF TF-V.D Standard I used Similar Site Search to find websites similar to Studyisland.com. I thought headings, titles, and pictures were of good quality so I added these to the slideshow that I created with my classmates using Google Drive. It was a great experience to work collaboratively with other educators across distance. Turn a picture into a hypermedia experience by exploring the Internet to find websites, pictures, and videos related to a topic. Exceeds TF Standard TF-V.C, TFVI.A Internet Searching

I used ThingLink to create a hypermedia experience about cyberbullying. This allowed me to put together a great conglomeration of videos, links, pictures, and files on cyberbullying which I shared with all elementary counselors in the district. This is an incredible tool that I can use in my teaching and counseling. Create a Digital Citizenship unit for your students. Exceeds TF-V.C, Digital Citizenship TF TF-VI.A, Standard TF-VI.D I used Jog the Web to link 10 resources together so that my students could navigate through them and explore the topic of Digital Communication. The unit will be very helpful in my teaching of digital safety. It is also a great resource to use to put together a study that students could do on any topic independently.

I communicated with VoiceThread by podcast (voice), typed comment, and by handwriting over the photos. We were discussing the use of social networking, specifically Twitter, in education. I worked with classmates to create a Mural.ly about Ed Tech blogs. These included blogs that included cutting edge technology information. We used only blogs ran by teachers and blogs that are updated consistently with top notch resources. Use 50+ Ways to Tell a Web 2.0 Story to introduce a topic in your classroom. Meets TF Standard TF-V.C, Digital Storytelling TF.V.D I used the following resources from 50+ Ways to Tell a Web 2.0 Story using Animoto, Prezi, Slideshare, and Flickr to introduce the topic of cyberbullying to my students. This will build a lot of excitement and anticipation for our next guidance lesson in neat and fun ways.
