It consists of Account Acquisition viz. lead generation, sourcing, collecting documents, verification, credit evaluation, completing pre-disbursement formalities, disbursements & collecting post disbursement documents. Account Management viz. Document storage, PDC deposition at regular intervals, collections, recovery, portfolio monitoring & customer service.
