    Al 3.9Cu 1.2Pb 0.9Mg 0.6Mn Screw machine products: various machinery components, screws, bolts, fittings, nuts, automatic turning, drilling and threading. Machined components. Heat treatable alloy. Excellent free machining characteristics. Permits high cutting speeds, forms short chips, long cutting tool life. High strength alloy with a strength slightly higher than 2014A. High fatigue strength.

    Precautions and Poor resistance also to atmospheric corrosion. Hard anodizing or other protection is recommended. Warnings: Product Forms:
    Bar, Rod, Tube, Wire
