smoke where the people are making decisions were they expose themselves to noise. People who listen to anything that is loud is higher then 30 dB because whispering and hearing 30 feet away is 30 dB. I guess that we cant get away with noise pollution. If the EPA or the Noise Act Control is tougher then we can have less noise pollution.
