Asunto: Lista de precios al pblico y condiciones comerciales vigentes a partir del 15 de Enero de 2013.
Apreciados seores:
De manera atenta me permito presentar a ustedes la nueva LISTA DE PRECIOS y condiciones comerciales
de los productos fabricados por Metacol S.A. identificada con Nit. 830.023.458 1, los cuales no incluyen
IVA y empiezan a regir a partir del 15 de Enero de 2013.

Precios sujetos a cambio sin previo aviso.

Sobre el precio pblico de venta, se aplicar el IVA del 16% o el porcentaje de ley que se encuentre
vigente en el momento de la facturacin.
Costos de envo incluidos en el precio. Aplican restricciones segn cobertura del transportador.
Para efectos de atencin y cumplimiento, le solicitamos que todos los pedidos sean confirmados
a travs de orden de compra y enviados por correo electrnico a la direccin de correo del
representante tcnico de ventas que lo est atendiendo o a travs de nuestras lneas de fax:

Para clientes nuevos la orden de compra deber estar acompaada del RUT para ser creados en el sistema.
En la eventualidad que la orden de compra recibida por Metacol, presente alguna inexactitud en
cuanto a descripcin, valores o forma de pago, Metacol se contactar a la brevedad posible con el
cliente para aclarar dudas y que ste genere una nueva orden de compra con la informacin corregida.
La solicitud de cancelacin de pedidos por parte del cliente debe realizarse por escrito en un plazo
mximo de dos das hbiles despus de enviada la orden de compra.
La factura de venta ser enviada a nombre de quien registre la compra.
La fecha de facturacin ser igual a la fecha de despacho.
Todo pedido admite despachos segn disponibilidad de inventario y pagos parciales.
Los pagos debern realizarse por los valores contemplados en la factura, sin descuentos que no se
encuentren previamente autorizados.
Para pagos por consignacin nacional, utilizar las siguientes cuentas bancarias:

En caso de mora en el pago se liquidaran los intereses mensuales mximos permitidos por ley.
En caso que existan facturas con vencimiento mayor a 10 das, automticamente se suspendern
los despachos hasta tanto el cliente est al da en sus pagos.
Metacol se reserva el derecho de corregir cualquier informacin, rechazar o cancelar cualquier
pedido como resultado de errores tipogrficos o inexactitudes de cualquier ndole.

Los productos sern entregados en la direccin que el cliente solicit o el lugar que fuese acordado
con el representante tcnico de ventas.
El tiempo de entrega depender de la disponibilidad del inventario o tiempo de produccin, destino o
ciudad de entrega.
Aplican restricciones a localidades no incluidas en la cobertura del transportador.
El tiempo de entrega puede ser mayor si el comprador digita una direccin de entrega equivocada o
no actualiza la direccin de entrega en la orden de compra.
Toda devolucin de mercanca por error del cliente en el trmite de su pedido causar un cobro
equivalente al 10% del valor del material, siempre y cuando Metacol acepte por escrito la devolucin.
Es responsabilidad del cliente abrir y revisar la mercanca antes de recibirla a satisfaccin y firmar la
gua de entrega.
Si el producto o su empaque llegan con cualquier dao fsico, por favor revise con detalle el contenido
o abstngase de recibirlo y regrselo con el trasportador haciendo la correspondiente anotacin en la gua.
Metacol no recibir sin previa autorizacin, mercanca con fletes al cobro por devolucin,
revisiones o garantas.

Metacol garantiza sus productos contra defectos de fabricacin o mecanizado, hasta por 1 ao,
teniendo en cuenta que han sido sometidos a rigurosos CONTROLES DE CALIDAD antes de ser despachados.
Metacol ofrece a sus clientes asesora y soporte tcnico para la instalacin de los productos.
Cualquier producto que sea destapado o reparado sin autorizacin escrita de la fbrica, pierde
automticamente la garanta.
La garanta no se aplica al desgaste normal, daos resultantes del uso normal, uso incorrecto, uso
indebido, errores de instalacin, negligencia o accidente.
Metacol cubre los costos de envo, re-envo y soporte tcnico desde o hasta el sitio de origen donde se
encuentre el producto cuya garanta se est reclamando. En caso que no aplique garanta los costos
anteriores sern trasladados al cliente.
Metacol pactar con el cliente el tiempo de entrega de los productos que sean reparados o
reemplazados por garanta.
El proceso de reclamacin de la garanta inicia informando la novedad al representante tcnico de
ventas que lo atendi, o a travs de la pgina web www.metacol.com en la seccin
Contctenos, donde recibir instrucciones para revisin o cambio del producto.
Las consultas tcnicas pueden realizarse a travs de los representantes tcnicos de ventas va telefnica
o por escrito a la direccin de correo electrnico del representante, detallando la descripcin del
producto, el problema o los inconvenientes presentados con el mismo. El representante en lo posible
le prestar soporte va telefnica o en campo segn previo acuerdo.
