Analisa Hasil Simulasi :


Perubahan nilai random akan berpengaruh pada rata-rata waktu tunggu pelanggan
untuk dilayani dalam sistem, waktu idle operator dan rata-rata panjang antrean dalam sistem.
Berdasarkan pengamatan terhadap rata-rata waktu tunggu pelanggan, rata-rata waktu
tunggu pada jarak antar kedatangan untuk nilai random 1-10 lebih rendah dari pada nilai
random 1-8. Hal tersebut dikarenakan pada nilai random 1-10 jarak kedatangannya lebih
panjang sehingga peluang pelanggan yang datang dapat langsung dilayani oleh server lebih
tinggi. Namun hal tersebut akan berpengaruh pada waktu idle operator yang tinggi pada nilai
random kedatangan 1-10.
Berdasarkan pengamatan terhadap rata-rata waktu pelanggan dilayani dalam sistem,
diketahui bahwa pada nilai random jarak antar kedatangan 1-10 rata-rata waktu tunggu
pelanggan untuk dilayani dalam sistem adalah 4,51 sedangkan pada random 1-8 adalah 7,27.
Pelayanan pada random 1-8 lebih lama karena waktu tunggu pelanggan sebelum dilayani
lebih banyak. Semakin lama waktu pelanggan di dalam sistem, maka akan berpengaruh pula
pada jumlah antrean di dalam sistem karena akan ada akumulasi penumpukan pelanggan.
