Continuing our study of how to become beautiful, we have

now come to the all-important teeth. Teeth form a big part

of your mouth and the ability to chew and speak enhances
both your appearance and your personal relations. Teeth are
an essential beauty building block. Therefore, we are going
to look at them quite carefully today.

First of all, what are teeth good for? Processing food, for
one thing. And food, in turn, can be good for our teeth.
Foods that require chewing like apples, celery, and carrots
whiten teeth naturally. Soup, therefore, is probably not
good for teeth. Avoid soup. Raisins are not good for your
teeth, whereas hardboiled eggs are. Most dentists favor
bean dips, however.

Grind food into small pieces, grasping and tearing it before

shoveling the food inward. This removes stains and makes
it harder for plaque to stick to teeth. Losing teeth affects
how you look and feel about yourself as well as your ability
to chew and speak, which would be bad. Luckily, teeth can
last a lifetime if you strenuously and vigilantly endeavor to
prevent tooth decay and is not a problem only for children,
a danger as long as you have natural teeth in your mouth.
You might, therefore, consider having them removed.

Eating sugar, as you probably already know, is a major

cause of tooth decay. For this reason, experts advise
drinking in a slow, deliberate manner, which you shouldn’t
have any problem doing. Talking to your dentist is
definitely optional.
Replace the toothbrushes of youngsters because they wear
out your gums, which should be firm and pink, and not soft,
swollen, or inflamed.

Use short sweeping strokes when assisting children, tipping

them into pits and crevices in a forward-sweeping motion.

When brushing your own teeth hold your brush at a 45-

degree angle against your gum line unless suffering from a
horizontal deficiency. Use an egg timer playing a favorite
song in small spaces but don't force it under the gums,
paying particular attention to the inside of the lower front
teeth and the outside of the upper back teeth. Move it up
and down away and toward the gum, scraping the side of
each tooth. Wind it around your middle finger, changing
position frequently. Repeat this process between all your
teeth. Be sure to let your dentist handle these adjustments.
It is good to brush your teeth after eating and in the
morning and to drink milk with sweet foods.

Healthy adults shouldn’t have a problem with saliva. Some

people benefit from sucking hard candy. Biopsies are done
with disposable, 2 to 3 mm, round, sharp metal punches.
Larger excisions with the use of an appropriate blade may
be necessary for proper evaluation or complete removal of
something that is abnormal. The risks and discomfort
associated with interventions include mild pain, bleeding,
and infection; there may be temporary facial paralysis,
bruising, and allergic reactions. Supportive care will be
given as needed through collaboration with your referring
physician according to standard procedures and therapeutic
modalities. At most dental offices, no procedures such as
biopsies or diagnostic imaging are done for research only.
Standard or experimental biochemical and genetic tests
may be conducted on tissue or blood samples collected for
diagnosis. Patients of any age, gender, and racial/ethnic
group with oral diseases of childbearing potential of known
untoward effect are cooled and rinsed and confused by the
wide variety of toothbrushes on the market. All patients are
willing to be present for examination and routine oral
hygiene even though, according to dentists, the most
important part of tooth care happens at home, which is
always a relief.

Given that you want gleaming white teeth, be careful when

buying over-the-counter products. Some bleaching agents
may cause damage to your gums and mouth. Buy wisely
and in an intelligent, healthful and effective manner. There
is a lot of pleasure and personal satisfaction to be had in
healthy and sparkling teeth. Good oral health is important
for your total well-being. The condition of the tissues and
structures of your mouth affect your general physical
condition. So take good care of your teeth, as they are
probably the only ones you have. A healthy smile is a
beautiful smile.
