Mark Zuckerberg was recently named Time Magazines Person of the Year 2010. He is the founder (co-founder) of the biggest and fastest-growing online phenomenon, probably ever, the legend that is Facebook. Mark Zuckerberg is also the worlds youngest billionaire.

Where did he go to school?

Mark Zuckerberg went to school at Harvard University. He started out at Ardsley High School where he transferred to Phillips Exeter Academy in his junior year, Zuckerberg began using computers and writing software in middle school. His father taught him Atari BASIC Programming in the 1990s. Zuckerberg took a graduate course in the

subject at Mercy College near his home while still in high school. He enjoyed developing computer programs, especially communication tools and games.

What was his first compute related business?

Mark Zuckerberg built a software program he called "ZuckNet" that allowed all the computers between the house and dental office where his father worked to communicate with each other. Facebook was founded on February 4, 2004 by Mark Zuckerberg with his college roommates and some of his Harvard University friends. Eduardo Saverin, Andrew McCollum, Dustin Moskovitz and Chris Hughes. The founders had initially limited the website's membership to Harvard students, but later expanded it to colleges in the Boston area, the Ivy League, and Stanford University. It gradually added support for students at various other universities before it opened to high-school students, and eventually to anyone aged 13 and over.
