Free e-learning access for Microsoft Certified Trainers

Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCTs) receive free access to up to 10 e-learning courses. Access to courses is available for up to two years from the time access codes are redeemed. To access the e-learning training at no cost, please follow these steps: Step 1: Request an access code. 1. Contact your local Regional Service Center to obtain your access code. For all regions except North America, please find a Regional Service Center near you. For inquiries in North America, please send an email message to mct@microsoft.com. In the subject line, enter MCT E-Learning Access Code. Include your first and last name and your Microsoft Certification ID (MCID) number. To find your MCID number, check your transcript or ask your Regional Service Center representative in the email message. We will send you an email message that contains your code. Your access code will be sent to you within two business days.

Step 2: Activate your access code. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Visit the Enter Access Code page. In the Access Code box, type the access code. The code is case sensitive. Sign in with your Microsoft account. (If you dont already have one, you can create a Microsoft account.) The Product Selection page opens. Choose your language, and select courses to add to your learning plan. The access code allows you to choose up to 10 collections. After you select up to 10 collections, click Submit. Note If you select more than 10 collections, the most recent selections will be automatically unselected. Review your selections before clicking Submit. (After you click Submit, you cannot revise selections.) 6. 7. 8. Click My Learning. For each course, read the course requirements and view the Description tab to be sure that the computer is properly configured to access virtual labs. To start an e-learning course, click the title.

Step 3: Access the content at a later time. 1. 2. 3. Visit the My Learning page. To sign in, use your Microsoft account ID. To access content, click My Learning and then continue on your learning path.

Note After you activate an e-learning access code, you have unlimited access to the content for two years. For sign-in support, contact your Regional Service Center.
