Current Loading processes

Current Loading processes out in three phases: Initial - Absorption - Flotation. 1) Initial Phase During this phase, the current controller supplies such load as it can to recharge the batteries quickly. When the battery voltage of the voltage reaches absorption default the controller activates the next phase (absorption). 2) Absorption phase During this phase, the controller switches to voltage constant, que absorption is applied to the battery voltage. When the load current to the current Decreases flotation default transition, 3) Flotation phase The battery is fully charged and the controller switches to the flotation phase. Preparation of load equalization: 1) Remove all DC loads connected to the batteries. 2) Remove all vent caps on the battery. 3) Check the water level in the battery should be just above the plates (not to overfill). Use only water distilled or dematerialized water to fill the battery. 4) Set the SWITCH BATTERY TYPE "0" or "1. 5) Putting the SWITCH BATTERY TYPE back into the proper position when all the cells are fully loaded (this can be checked with a hydrometer). 6) NEVER EQUALIZE Valve Regulated Lead Acid (VRLA) batteries Battery Type Selector The battery type selector is a 10-position rotary switch used to set the proper voltage levels absorption, float and equalization. These levels are selected depending on the type of battery used. See the following table load voltages of the different switch positions. http://energycoreproducts.com/us/
