Media create famous people out of nothing. These people are not especially intelligent or they dont have a specific skill /talent. This system is ridiculous / pointless. L. 1.Zed shares Bretts vision of public opinion because he thinks people are obsessed with other peoples lives. They see their own faults in those lives. They live through celebrities. They consume these lives as they consume products. 2. Zed thinks his mission as a journalist is to guide people, to help them to become better, to appeal to the best human instincts. M. Brett stages his denunciation of the system. Zed works from the inside of the system. N. In document A, people, passers-by really believed that Brett was a celebrity whereas he was just a fake. They believed the lie.
