Longer expressions can (and should) be displayed on a line of their own between $$. If you type $$ \bigwedge_{j=0}^N\ \bigvee_{a\in\Gamma} (P_{ij}^a \wedge \bigwedge_{b\in\Gamma,\ b\neq a} \neg P_{ij}^b) $$ you will see this:
