Talaboc, Gellie Tesoro, Ian Dave Tibayan , Rociel Torio, Jonahlen Abstract. Cultural Competence means it is usually the quality and excellent competence such as listening to the patients belief health and illness and helping them in best as possible. In this study, the researchers selected a hospital within Metro Manila, to conduct and gather resources, in which; to determine the needs of nurses in terms of cultural preparedness as well as in global competitiveness. The research entirely focuses on the 4Cs of Transculturality and the significant difference with the Nurses demographic profile; The 4Cs of transculturality is transcribed as the Context, Conformity, Carriage, and Comfortability in which was formerly known as Knowledge, Skills, Attitude, and the Comfortability of nurses since the researchers wanted to know if the nurses are also comfortable enough in doing in their job without removing their values of K.S.A. On measuring the reliability of the tool and the self made questionnaires, the group conducted a pilot study in which the answers were also weighed to test whether the self made questionnaire is reliable, and thus, when the result turned out to be reliable enough, the same formula was used in the actual data gathering; the Pearson R to value transcultural competitiveness among the profile variables, Two tailed method for interpreting in both gender, and ANOVA; for the over - all difference of competency of the staff nurses when grouped according to profile variables. The research method that was utilized is the quantitative descriptive comparative design. The staff nurses were given a survey or questionnaire tool for them to answer in a Likerts scale format with 5 as the highest and 1 as the lowest answer. These questionnaires were floated to 30 nurses in different parts of the hospital. All written communications were entirely critiqued by an English expert. Thus, with a result of 0.10 p-value out of 0.05 level within the context, 0.00 out of 0.05 for gender, and 0.51 out of 0.05 level for the length of service, it was shown that there is no significance difference of cultural competency under age and length of service, but a significant difference under the gender was observed.
