Set up + cones in a s2uare. 3osition a thrower at one cone 4at start5 Have students line up behind start cone. -un 2 sides of cones and cut into center to catch football. 3ass back to thrower turn at start cone run 2 sides and cut back into center for another pass. Catch football tuck and protect and run through start cone. -un through drill 6 times. +rill: )iddle s#ot 7ake 2 lines of students with a thrower in the middle. 3osition a cone in front of thrower about 18 feet out. Student cuts to cone stops plants feet facing thrower catches football tucks and protects and turns and runs past cone. <ernate between 2 lines of students. -un through drill 6 times. +rill: S!ort under route: Set up 6 cones in a line about 18 feet out. 3osition a thrower by center cone and 2 lines of students one on each end cone. 9ne student will run straight out to cone in front of him cut to center cone catch football tuck and protect and run through end cone.
