Final Questions on HTML

1. What is HTML? HTML stands for Hypertext Markup Language and it is a type of language for computers that is used in order to design websites. 2. Is HTML easy to use? Why? HTML is easy to use because it is universal and the rules or principles are very basic like for example, if you open a tag you must always close it and there are specific tags for different item like titles or paragraphs. 3. List three problems you had using HTML and how you solved them. I didnt know how to set a background color for the text so I just searched on the internet for the right tags and then chose my colors. I couldnt get two specific word to be on different lines, they always appeared one next to each other. In order to solve this I entered the tags for a paragraph between the two words but didnt fill the contents, this way, the words were separated by an invisible paragraph and they appeared one under the other. Another problem I had is that I didnt know how to change the font face of the text so I just looked for the tags on the internet. And then copied and pasted them 4 times because I had four sentences. Then I just put each sentence inside each tag and changed the font; but I was only able to do this by using the tag I had already found.

4. Will you use HTML in the future? I am sure that I will use HTML in the future in order to design other websites because I think it is really interesting to do those kinds of things from scratch, normally we only use programs that ask us certain things like what colors we want or the font of the letters. I think that being able to manage HTML is very useful and it allows you to do all kind of things. I am sure I will use it in future projects because now that everyone uses internet, knowing how to do a webpage is essential.
