the knowledge and certification required to teach grades 4-12. As a result of this goal I will be able of a greater asset to a high school since I will be qualified to teach a broader range of students. Action Plan/Strategies I will take the additional basic qualification course (senior - general science) offered by the University of Windsor. To work towards achieving this goal I will first complete my Bachelor of Education and then become certified with the OCT. After these tasks are completed I will register and begin my additional basic qualification course.
