Previous knowledge : Pupils have learnt about common nouns, possessive pronouns and subject-verb agreement.

Meaning

Procedures 1. Teacher introduces the characters of cat and rat. 2. Teacher put up a rhyme chart. 3. Teacher reads the rhyme chart with actions.

Use

1. Teacher divides the pupils into group of four. 2. Teacher gives sentence strips and some objects to each group. 3. The first person will read the sentence and the second person will place the object. 4. The second person will read the next sentence and the third person will place the objects. 5. Repeat until finish.

Form

1. Teacher distributes worksheets to pupils. 2. Teacher asks the pupils to fill in the blanks with reference of picture given. 3. Teacher and pupils discuss the answer.
