Develop system designs for assigned projects in coordination with in-house engin eers of other disciplines, and Operations

Department personnel. Develop specifications and purchase requisitions for all discipline equipment as sociated with assigned projects. Prepare scopes of work for the construction of in-house engineered projects. Follow-up through the bid, evaluation and award of the contracts; and coordinate with site Construction Coordination personnel through construction, commissioni ng and hand-over of the facilities. Provide technical support to Field Personnel and Operations Departments. Ensure compliance with required Safety, Quality, Environmental and Technical Sta ndards Carry out review of all PIDs, SLDs, Vendor drawings / documentation - commen t as necessary. Provide detailed input into population of Precommissioning Database for elec trical discipline. Assist with compilation of Precommissioning Manuals by Subsystem. Provide detailed input into population of Commissioning database for electri cal discipline. Assist with Compilation of Commissioning Manuals by subsystem. Assist with Preparation of Precom & Commissioning execution schedules. Assist with preparation of Commissioning Operational Test Procedures (OTP) a s required. Attend FATs where necessary and compile FAT Punch list & FAT Report. Liaise closely with relevant Subcontractors and Vendors.. Attend meetings wh ere required. Uphold HSE policies at all times. Attend relevant HSE meetings where require d. Visit warehouse when required, for any package /equipment inspection prior t o despatch to site. Prepare detailed list of all tools and test equipment to be used at site for electrical Attend regular meeting with Company Operations department as required.
