Instructional Design
Instructional design was strongly emphasized in my education course work. I work with many special needs students, and struggling readers, so i utilize the many concepts of instructional design often in lesson planning, the tier process, and to meet the IEP goals of my students.

I feel that an online graduate program best fit my busy life style and that the instructional technology program offered what I need to achieve my future goals.

My Future
I hope to transition from a classroom teacher into an instructional technology facilitator, and instruct online classes in a higher education setting.
