I have known Sarah for the entirety of her life and have seen her grow with great strength and integrity. Sarah is very responsible, trustworthy, yet balances it with full spirit and compassion. Sarah has been a caregiver for my children for several years now. Sarah's strengths are that of outstanding judgment. She is competent and reliable in carrying out all of her responsibilities. My children enjoy their time with her and yet have developed an extreme respect for her. She provides children with strong ethics and teaches them compassion on a daily basis. Without hesitation, Sarah has the ability and interpersonal skills to adapt and react to real life situations. She has the attributes to be both a leader and a team player. She presents herself well and can offer guidance and assistance at appropriate times without appearing aggressive or obtrusive. Sarah is responsible and manages her time well.
