Where am I now?

Where do I want to be in 5-6 years time? I want to be an entrepreneur in real estate business after finishing my MBA in marketing specialization. I look myself as an owner of successful business venture in the real estate sector in the market of Surat and south Gujarat 5 -6 years down the line of my career. My goal is to establish a firm which will competitive, different and innovative in terms of value proposition to the customers and having turn over in millions of rupees by 2020. I want a recognized brand name of my firm which will create differentiation of value proposition among the minds of consumers in comparison to the competitors.

Where are the gaps in my Skills: 1. Lack of technical skills 2. Some short of convincing power 3. Good team skills Experience: 1. I do not have the full time experience about the market of real estate in Surat. Knowledge: 1. Architectural law of India 2. Civil construction mechanism 3. Lack of basic engineering knowledge Behaviour: 1. I am short temper. 2. I want all the work very perfectly done and with determined results which might be proven as barrier to work in a team for some employees.
