1. What is the most important thing you think people should know about Chik-Fil-A? a. I believe this is an important question because to me, religion seems to be the most important, but it might add some diversity to my paper if the manager has a different answer. The manager may not want to say religion or may not be allowed to. 2. How do you enforce the rules on your employees? a. I believe there are strict rules when it comes to employee performance. I believe this makes for an important question because if religion plays a big role like I think it does, it may impact how the rules are enforced. 3. How much impact does religion play in this industry? a. I believe this is an important question because it could address many topics such as personal views, personal appearance, and work ethic. I believe it will be beneficial to hear the managers perspective after hearing other views from my friends that have worked there. 4. Do a lot of diverse people work here or does religion play a big impact during the hiring process? a. Off of personal experience, I knew a manager at a Chik-Fil-A back at home (Raleigh) that was homosexual. I did not know this was accepted in what seems like a tight ship industry. I will like to hear how open or closed Chik-Fil-A really is. 5. To you, why do you think Chik-Fil-A is closed on Sundays? a. It may be for religious things but I want to know different views on this question. It may be a day for family or it may be an answer like It is a day for God. I believe this will help support my big question because if I get the answer I am expecting, it will relate to religion and make for stronger research. 6. Do you agree with the restrictions that religion enforces? a. The manager may not be able to disagree but if the interview becomes more conversational, it may lead to some interesting answers. You have to agree to work there and a manager may have to have even stricter views. 7. What are the biggest expectations of your employees? a. Customer service may be the biggest expectation because it is so common but I am asking this question to see what other responses there will be. 8. How does religion affect customer service?

a. Why my pleasure instead of youre welcome? This interview question may help explain why the customer service at Chik-Fil-A stands above other fast food restaurants. 9. What are your views about the dress code here? a. I have heard that there is a certain amount of piercings one can have and nail polish restrictions. I am wondering as to why these rules are so strict and why there is a more conservative look. This may bring religion back into perspective, and again, make for stronger research. 10. I have heard that Chik-Fil-A only plays Christian music, is that so? Why? If not, why not? a. I did not know about this until it was proposed to me in class and it made me wonder if it was true. I ultimately do not have an explanation because it could be false. If it is true, it will link back to religion playing a big role in this industry considering other fast food places play music that is trending, modern music with no words, or no music at all.
