Geoimage designed and prepared the construction documents for approximately 6000' of City street linking two previously isolated phases of the Achasta golf community in Dahlonega, Georgia. The new street also provided access and water and sanitary sewer utilities to an additional 31 lots within the community. This project proved to be very challenging due to the rugged mountainous terrain that was covered. Multiple variances concerning geometric design of the roadway were required.

Achasta Golf Community Dahlonega, Georgia Size: GeoImage designed and prepared the construction documents 6,000 L.F. of road for approximately 6000’ of City street linking two previously isolated phases of the Achasta golf community in Dahlonega, Date of Completion: Georgia. The new street also provided access and water and 2008 sanitary sewer utilities to an additional 31 lots within the community. This project proved to be very challenging due to the Project Budget: rugged mountainous terrain that was covered. Multiple variances $1.3 million concerning geometric design of the roadway were required. This residential roadway was designed in accordance with American Client: Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials standards. The required variances were granted and the road Linger Longer was constructed as designed.
