The audience for our media product would be anyone between the ages 17-27.

This is because the characters featured in our product are of this age, typically this would attract audiences of a similar age because teenagers are interested in other teenagers. Adults would not find such an interest in this age group because they cant relate to the lifestyles the younger generation lead, by stereotype. However, the characters in our production do not live normal lifestyles so maybe this would introduce a bigger interest amongst older audiences, the crime/drama/noir genre is very popular amongst adults. Audiences may identify with our location, a very baron wasteland and thereby familiarise themselves with what the teenagers in our productions are seeing and feeling. Another interest our audience may feel would be the moral anxieties the characters are feeling, theyre being stalked and hunted down which means our audience would take an interest in this. This idea would appeal to older audiences once more because the genre of theft and crime is more popular with adults because they have a longer attention span and can grasp the story of a production better than an impatient child can.
