HOW TO USE SURVEY MONKEY? Step 1: Create an account by clicking Sign Up located on the homepage to sign up for a free account. Step 2: You are prompted to enter a unique username and password to create a BASIC (free) account: To upgrade to a paid plan, click Upgrade located in the My Account section. As a paid user, you will have access to the premium features once payment has been received.
