Dear Sir, Under the instructions from my client Shri. R.K Patnaik resident of House No: 5 - Charan Nivas, JLN Marg, Jaipur, Rajasthan; I have to address you as under that: My client is your landlord and you are my clients monthly tenant in respect of the aforementioned address of the premises situate at JLN Marg in Jaipur (Rajasthan) at a monthly rent of Rs. 6000.

My said client instructs me to state that you have not been residing at the said premises and have sublet the same to Shri Kundan Sarkar. You are also in arrears of rent amounting to Rs. 18000 at the rate of Rs. 6000 per mensem and my client needs the said premises for his bona fide use. I have, therefore, instructions to call upon you which I, hereby, do and require you to quit, vacate and deliver the peaceful and vacant possession of the said premises to my client one month next after the month of receipt hereof by you, failing which my client shall be advised to institute a proceeding in a Court of Law at your entire risks as to all costs and consequences thereof which you are required to note.
