The rest is frozen in polar ice caps or present in the oceans salty waters. The earths small portion of usable water is found in groundwater sources and in surface water, such as rivers, lakes and streams.

Resident are force to collect water from the tankers. They have to walk a several miles to get water

People are forced to drink low quality water from flowing streams, many of which are polluted. Sewage does not flow, and mosquitoes are the insects which breed on still (stagnant) dirty water. The result is the deadly malaria and other infections.

Underground water decrease , hard to grow the crops,becaues the soil is lack of water. In Kelantan ,almost 8000 farmer have to stop their job in planting water paddy.

Flora and Fauna will die due to lack of water.
