Improving the Service Given to English Language Learners at the College of Southern Nevadas Writing Center Assignment/Class: Research project for English 7702-Research Design in Technical and Professional Communication. Skills and knowledge displayed: This assignment allowed me to identify an issue in education and academia. I explained how there is a need to improve the service given to English language learners at the College of Southern Nevadas Writing Center. I presented strategies and benefits to improve Writing Center service from academic researchers and educators. I designed and used two questionnaires.
